To whom it may concern, 04-06-2014 Carol Sala has been assisting my husband and I for the past year and half since my husband fell ill with cancer. Carol has been a blessing to us, since my husband was no longer able to drive Carol was always happy to bring us to doctors’ appointments, the grocery store or help us with any errands we have. She is always a joy to be around and could always put a smile on our faces. Carol cooks for me when I am too weak and tried to make a meal for myself along with making sure my husband and I take our medications because it was very easy to forget. Soon after my husband passed away in 2013 I soon fell ill with stage four cancer, I felt so alone and I was so grateful for Carol and her family. I have no family of my own here so having her family visit me at home as well as in the hospital made my time there more bearable. Carol has supported me through this whole process and even though it was hard to talk about our final arrangements she helped me make it exactly how I wished. I couldn’t recommend Carol enough. To Whom It May Concern: Carol Sala has been a Companion to my brother Eraldo (Harry)Ciccarelli this past year. Her duties have been to check on him to be sure he is OK, to take him to the Doctor for his medical visits, to take him shopping and to be a friend. During this past year, Harry went from independent living (although he has been disabled since 2010) to assisted living. Carol took care of finding a facility, moving him and seeing that he was established and comfortable. She has also helped us to sell his car and straighten out his budget. She has been a wonderful help to us this year. My brother, Harry, has been so thankful for her help and friendship this past year. Since we live in Connecticut and my brother resides in Florida, having Carol as a companion has given us peace of mind. We have been so worried about Harry’sine Ostriwski deteriorating condition and we want him to be comfortable and well cared for. Carol is honest, forthright and dependable. We highly recommend Carol for any position she seeks. She is a responsible worker. Let it be known, that Carol Sala has been taking care of me for the past 4 years. She has done a wonderful job.
